As a trained chef and with degrees in law and economic, eco-resource management and sustainable product design, Cornelia Diesenreiter has the perfect background to fulfill the requirements of creating sustainably sound food products and consider legal and economic aspects. Combined with her personal values of sustainability and love for high-quality food together with her brother Andreas she produces products under the name of 'Unverschwendet' (unwasted) made from surplus fruits and vegetables that come directly from farmers in and around Vienna in order to minimize unnecessary food waste.
